外用抗真菌药 环吡酮胺是一种新型广谱外用抗真菌药，由联邦德国药厂研制成功，作用机制是通过改变真菌细胞膜的完整性，引起细胞内物质外流，并阻断蛋白质前体物质的摄取，导致真菌细胞死亡，对皮肤癣菌、酵母菌、霉菌等具有较强的抑菌和杀菌作用，渗透性强。在较高浓度还可以对各种放线菌、革兰阳性和革兰阴性菌及支原体、衣原体、毛滴虫、阴道滴虫和绿脓杆菌等也有一定抑制作用。
与咪唑类抗真菌药相比，环吡酮胺对皮肤真菌赖以生存的角质层有极强的渗透力，故对角质层深部真菌，如甲癣等有显著的抑菌。
